01. Who we are & scope
Wild Fox Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates WildFox - Jigsaw Puzzles 3D, also listed as WildFox - Ghép Hình 3D, and wildfox-studio.com. This policy covers the game, its online services, this website and support correspondence.
Playing as a guest still creates a game identifier so our services can recognise your profile and handle results. Linking an Apple or Google account is optional. You do not need to enter a real name to play.
02. Information in the game
Profile and sign-in
We store a game user ID, your chosen display name and preset avatar, session information and, if you link an account, the provider and its account identifier. Authentication tokens verify and maintain the link. Apple credentials needed to revoke it when you delete your account are encrypted.
Apple and Google also process information under their own privacy policies. Google Sign-In's SDK disclosures include account and contact information, identifiers, approximate location, usage information and other service information for authentication, security and analysis. Some of this is processed by Google rather than stored in our profile database. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
Gameplay and leaderboards
Our services receive puzzle identifiers, difficulty, completion times, hint and rotation settings, app version, submission times and gameplay action logs used to validate results. These records are associated with your game user ID. Unfinished puzzle saves, downloaded artwork and preferences are also kept on your device.
Analytics and diagnostics
The game includes Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. They process app-instance and device identifiers, app interactions and session events, approximate location derived from network information, device and operating-system information, crash reports and diagnostics. Crash reports may include application state and events preceding a crash. The game does not request precise GPS location.
03. How information is used
- Run the game, authenticate profiles and maintain optional account links.
- Provide leaderboards, record results and check for invalid or unfair submissions.
- Understand usage, diagnose failures and improve reliability.
- Respond to support and privacy requests, protect our services and meet applicable obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information is processed as necessary to provide requested services, for legitimate interests in maintaining and securing them, to meet legal obligations, or with consent where required. This policy does not replace any required consent request.
05. Website & support
If you contact us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and attachments. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security or error logs. The website's application code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels or store visitor profiles in browser storage. Fonts and artwork are served with the website. These website practices are separate from the game's Firebase analytics.
06. Storage & retention
Profiles, account links and submitted results are retained while the profile remains active, unless deleted or required for a lawful purpose. Gameplay logs support result validation. Account deletion removes the profile and results and queues associated server logs for cleanup; cleanup is retried if storage services are temporarily unavailable.
Local saves and preferences remain until removed by the game, device controls or uninstallation. Account deletion clears local authentication, puzzle progress and completion records; downloaded artwork and general audio or language preferences may remain.
Analytics, diagnostics, hosting logs and backups follow the relevant service's retention and deletion settings. Deleting a game profile does not automatically identify or delete every separate analytics app-instance record or data held by Apple or Google as account providers. Contact us about additional deletion requests.
We retain correspondence as needed to handle requests and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and encrypted network connections; no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
07. Choices & account deletion
You may play as a guest, choose a non-identifying display name and decide whether to link an Apple or Google account. Device settings let you manage permissions and remove the app and its local data.
Delete your game account
Open your in-game profile, choose Delete account and confirm Delete permanently. This deletes the profile, provider links and leaderboard results, clears progress on that device and requests removal of associated server gameplay logs. It cannot be undone. Continuing to play afterwards may create a new guest profile. Linked Apple accounts may need to sign in again so their authorisation can be revoked.
If you cannot access the game or deletion fails, email contact@wildfox-studio.com with the subject “WildFox account deletion” or “Privacy request.” Include your game user ID if available and enough information to identify the request. Do not send passwords or tokens. We may request proportionate verification.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where applicable; or complain to a data-protection authority. We respond under applicable requirements and explain relevant exceptions.
08. Age suitability
WildFox is a general-audience puzzle game and is not submitted to the App Store's Kids Category. Check your country's store age rating before downloading. That rating describes content suitability and does not by itself establish eligibility to consent to data processing.
If you are below the age at which you can use the relevant services independently, involve a parent or guardian. We do not ask for a date of birth. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address the request.
09. Updates & contact
We may update this policy as the game, website or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, material changes will have additional notice or consent requests.
